1. Information We Collect

When you use Strategon, we may collect the following information:

Discord User Data: Your Discord user ID, username, and avatar when you log in via Discord OAuth.
Server Data: Server IDs, names, icons, channel IDs, and role IDs necessary for bot functionality.
Usage Data: Command usage statistics, economy balances, warnings, ticket history, and configuration settings you choose to store.
Payment Data: We do not store payment card details. Payments are processed by PayPal Friends & Family, and we do not receive or store financial information.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to operate and improve the Strategon bot and website. This includes:

Providing bot commands and features
Storing server configuration and premium status
Displaying server information on your dashboard
Maintaining and troubleshooting the service

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Data may only be disclosed if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as Strategon remains active in your server. If you remove the bot or request deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days. Some anonymised data may be retained for analytics purposes.

5. Ticket Transcripts

When a ticket is closed, a transcript may be generated and stored via a third-party service. The transcript is accessible via a unique URL that is shared in the ticket's log channel and may be sent to the ticket opener via DM. The developer retains access to view any generated transcript for support, debugging, and quality assurance purposes. Transcript URLs should be treated as sensitive — anyone with the link can view the transcript.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via our Discord server. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of Strategon after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
