Refund Policy

1. No Refunds

All purchases of Strategon Premium are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind or accidental purchase
Dissatisfaction with the service
Server or bot downtime
Lack of features or functionality
Any other reason

2. Free Trials

Free trials, promotional periods, or limited-time access to premium features do not constitute any entitlement, guarantee, or expectation of continued service beyond the trial period. Free-tier users receive only the features explicitly listed as free. No additional privileges, priority, or benefits are conferred through participation in a trial.

3. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed with your payment provider, your premium access will be revoked immediately and your account may be permanently restricted from purchasing premium in the future. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback with evidence of service rendered.

4. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time and at our sole discretion. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of Strategon after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
